Return Policies

Below are our 2023-2024 Return Policies for all Carolina Cases products. 

Consumer Returns

At Carolina Cases, we strive to provide the best products to our customers.

 

We want you to be as satisfied with our products as we are. If you are not 100% satisfied with any item purchased directly through the Carolina Cases website, you can return it for a full refund within 15 days of receipt of your product. The return policy of the seller applies for products purchased through one of our authorized dealers, please contact them directly.

Case Warranty Liability to manufacture is limited to the case only and does not cover any contents of the case or the protective foam. Manufacture will replace a broken case if the case brakes under normal use at no cost as long as you are the original purchaser of the case. All requests for replacements must be accompanied by the original receipt or purchasing agreement. A return authorization number must be issued by the manufacture before a case is returned. Manufacture warrants against material defects and workmanship on cases that have not been altered in any way or used for anything other than the intended purpose defined by the manufacture.

Carolina Cases accepts returns for replacements based on manufacture defects and does not offer store credit. All returned items that do not meet our return requirements will be rejected and sent back at your cost.

Vendor Returns

ALL SALES ARE CONSIDERED FINAL. REPLACEMENTS WILL BE ISSUED FOR DAMAGE AND ORDERS WITH SHIPPING ERRORS.
